Service Description
DCK's goal is to give you a sense of security while you are away from home, relaxing with your love ones or asleep at night. Our Certified Staff will evaluate your home from the inside out, helping you make your home a harder target for intruders. We will also help you develop a action plan.
Cancellation Policy
*We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the cancellation of your reservation. However, please note that our company has a strict no-refund policy. This means that once your reservation is confirmed and payment has been made, no refunds will be given for any reason. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible within 24 hours. We will make every effort to accommodate your situation and work towards finding an alternate solution, such as rescheduling your reservation for a later date or transferring it to another session. However, please note that any changes or modifications to your reservation are subject to availability. We value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing to do business with us. We look forward to providing you with an unforgettable experience. *Anyone who is asked to leave due to a policy violation will not be eligible to reschedule training and we will enforce a 30-day restriction for services.
